IWG’s Quality Policy




It is the policy of International Water-Guard Industries, Inc. (IWG) to provide products and services to our customers which meet or exceed all quality requirements stipulated by the customer and to manufacture products to established industry or government standards as they apply to specific products. This goal will be achieved by the direct efforts of all IWG’s employees and the company’s commitment to continually improve the effectiveness at its Quality Management System.

IWG’s Quality Objectives are to improve the product and processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Repeat sales, increased sales, reduce NCRs, on-time delivery of products and product improvements that reduce maintenance issues are all indicators that the company uses to determine if the quality objectives are being achieved. Quality Objectives are established and monitored as part of the Management Review Meetings.
